Welcome to Alpine Eye Photography
It all starts with a camera.
I started with photography around 2020, and since then have been regularly taking photos and increasing my artistic skills.
My first camera was a hand-me down from my Grandad, who had done photography has a hobby before I’d started. A large amount of my photos from then (like many other people’s) were not good, let alone what I could have considered the best. However I continued with photography, has it helped me see the world in a new light. Suddenly I’d walk down a street and see a chance for a photo or remember how the light hit a wall in the morning. The trial and error of my first tries is what helped build me up to the point where I’m at now, and helped boost my confidence with photography.
In the summer of 2024, I enrolled in Falmouth University to study Marine and Natural History Photography. This was the first time I had made a major life choice that revolved around photography, whereas before it had just been a hobby, it was now a job prospect. This is where I’m still developing my skills and passion for photography and will continue to during my course.
